School Policies

Tuition & Fees​

Tuition is processed on a monthly basis.

A valid payment method (ACH or credit card) must be kept on file.

Payments are processed automatically.

 

Exact billing date will be confirmed prior to the start of lessons.

Credit card payments may incur a processing fee determined by the payment provider.
ACH payments typically do not include additional fees.

Additional Fees

Registration Fee: $35 per family (once per school year)

Materials: Billed as needed separately

Recital Fee: $35 / student

Student Absences

Lesson cancellations are not refunded for Fall and Spring semester. 

Each student receives 2 make-up credits per semester.

Cancellations during the following scheduled breaks are eligible for a refund :

• Thanksgiving Break

• Winter Break

• February Break

• Spring Break

To qualify for a make-up credit:

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice

• For illness/emergencies, notify us before the lesson begins

Trail Lessons​

Trial lesson fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

Trial lesson scheduling may be adjusted based on availability.

Make-Up Lessons

Make-up lessons are offered depend on availability.

Options may include:

• Rescheduling to another available time

• Extending lessons in future weeks

• End-of-semester make-up days

Make-up credits expire at the end of each semester.

Teacher Cancellations & Weather

If a teacher cancels:

• You will not be charged until the lesson is made up

In case of severe weather:

• Lessons may move online

• If online lessons are not preferred, a make-up will be offered

Tardiness

Please be ready at your scheduled lesson time.

• Teachers will wait up to 10 minutes

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson

• Missed time cannot be extended

Withdrawal

If you plan to stop lessons, please provide 4 weeks’ written notice, this allows us to adjust scheduling and ensure continuity for all students.

Referral

We’re grateful for your support! Receive $50 tuition credit for each new family you refer who enrolls.

Photo and Media Release

We may take photos or videos during lessons or events.

These may be used for:

• Studio website

• Social media

• Promotional materials

No personal information will be shared without permission.
